Twitter Account: External Terms of Use

At Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“Ontario Teachers’”, “we,” “us” or “our”), we're interested in what you have to say to us on Twitter. We're also happy to help you find the information you're looking for and will do what we can to answer your questions.

Ontario Teachers’ generally monitors its Twitter account during regular business hours. We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium; however, our moderation capabilities are not. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away (if at all), and we are trusting in the maturity of our community to avoid and ignore personal attacks and negative speech, and to participate politely and constructively.

By interacting with us on Twitter, you agree to these External Terms of Use, our Social Media Terms of Use, which applies to all Ontario Teachers’ social media websites, pages or accounts (“sites”), and to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notices.
